The house is situated in the heart of Gaios on the central street, 20m from the central square and 50m from the seafront. Across the steet is the main grocery store of Gaios. The house was entirely restored and modernized by the well-known Corfu architect, Marilena Koskina in 2013-14.

The house in on 3 levels including the attic with air-conditioning in all rooms. The house sleeps 6-7.

Downstairs is a large open space with a large entrance hall on the street side, a dining room, a sitting room and a a fully equiped open kitchen facing the garden. Most of the furniture is Victorian and original to the house.

The garden:
The garden at the back of the house has a terrace used for outdoor dining, a water cistern, a well, a raised sitting area on the cistern, an outdoor shower for after swimming, a lemon tree, a Seville orange tree, three pomegranate trees and many plants and flowers. A small outhouse contains a WC, shower and an exta fridge.

On the first floor there are:
A principal bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and WC.
A second bedroom with a double bed.
A third bedroom with one or two single beds.
A large bathroom and WC serving the two bedrooms.
A dressing and luggage room.
A sheet and towel cupboard.
All bedrooms face the garden.

The attic has two large rooms, one with a bed and the second with a washbasin and WC.
