Art Residencies

The house is situated in the heart of Gaios on the central street, 20m from the central square and 50m from the seafront. Across the steet is the main grocery store of Gaios. The house was entirely restored and modernized by the well-known Corfu architect, Marilena Koskina in 2013-14.
The house in on 3 levels including the attic with air-conditioning in all rooms. The house sleeps 6-7.

Villa Dinos is a seaside house 1,5 kilometers south of Gaios on the road to Mongonissi.
The house was built by Corfu architect Marilena Koskina using orginal plans by architect Christoforos Kardakis in 2016-17.
The house sits in a large plot divided by the road into an upper and lower garden. The house itself is situated on 3 levels in the upper garden and is approached by steps, a footpath and a driveway.
