Chris Boïcos Fine ArtsFederica Galli was born in Soresina near Cremona in 1932. She studied at the artistic lyceum in Milan in 1946 and at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan in 1954-48. She began printmaking in 1954 specializing in etching. In 1966 she married the journalist Giovanni Raimondi from the Corriere della Sera.
