  Since 2010 Chris Boïcos Fine Arts has invited a number of photographers and artists from Greece and abroad to Paxos to discover and enjoy the island and be inspired by its natural beauty and its people. The photos and artwork produced by the artists during and after their residencies have always been exhibited the year after at the Old Schoolhouse in Loggos, at the CBFA gallery in Gaios and in 2014 at the Torri e Merli hotel (Jean-Christophe Ballot).

  Robert Bared was born in 1958 in Byblos. He moved to Paris, which he considers his true home, permanently in 1975.
  He attended university at the Sorbonne where he studied Classic and Modern literature, History, Philosophy, Aesthetics and Art History. His doctoral thesis on the 17th century French fabulist, Jean La Fontaine, eventually became a book on the author - La Fontaine - published by Le Seuil Editions.

  19th Century Village House in Gaios.

  The house is situated in the heart of Gaios on the central street, 20m from the central square and 50m from the seafront. Across the steet is the main grocery store of Gaios. The house was entirely restored and modernized by the well-known Corfu architect, Marilena Koskina in 2013-14.
  The house in on 3 levels including the attic with air-conditioning in all rooms. The house sleeps 6-7.

  Luttes is a journey through the photography series created in the last few years by Tina Merandon capturing the body in movement. Tina explores the primary physical energies of the human body that connect us most closely to our animal origins. The athletes and young girls she photographs in these series are all from the Paris suburbs.
