Villa Dinos

Villa Dinos is a seaside house 1,5 kilometers south of Gaios on the road to Mongonissi.

The house was built by Corfu architect Marilena Koskina using orginal plans by architect Christoforos Kardakis in 2016-17.

The house sits in a large plot divided by the road into an upper and lower garden. The house itself is situated on 3 levels in the upper garden and is approached by steps, a footpath and a driveway.

The House :
The interior is 156 m2 with an added terrace, pergola, pool and pool deck on level 2, a small terrace on level 1 and a larger terrace on level 3.

There are three bedrooms altogether, one on each level. The house sleeps 6 people.
The bedroom on level 1 has two single beds, a kitchenette, an en suite bathroom and a terrace facing the garden and sea.
The bedroom on level 2 has a double bed, an en suite bathroom, television and balcony facing the garden and sea.
The bedroom on level 3 has a double bed, an en suite bathroom, television and a balcony facing the garden and sea.

The other rooms on level 2 are :
A large dining room and fully equipped kitchen (with two refrigerators, dishwasher, washing machine and large oven).
A sitting room with a wood-burning chimney, sofa, armchairs and a television.
There is also n extra bathroom with a guest WC on level 2.

The house features inside and outside dining and sitting and air-conditioning in all rooms.

Pool and Gardens :
Six sunbeds and small tables are arranged around the pool deck which also has an outdoor shower. The pool measures 10 x 4,50 m.

The lower garden features two covered pergolas with chairs, tables and 6 sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a stone bar counter, marble sink and refrigerator in pergola 1.

A custom built ladder leads down from the seaside garden to sea level on the flat rocks below, a virtually private access to the sea.

The house is available by the week all year round, the finest months of the year being April to mid-November.
